We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
Orders placed on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday will go out the following Monday.
Your order will be packed and shipped 3-5 business days after payment has been verified. After which, an email will be sent to you indicating an update that your order has been shipped along with your waybill tracking number.
Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly and completely as possible as once it has been received and your product has been dispatched, we cannot alter the address anymore. We reserve the right to hold or cancel order shipment if incorrect shipping method was selected on checkout.
We take extra care with handling and shipping your orders and would want nothing more than to have them reach you safely. Once shipment has been handed to the courier, they become your property and responsibility. If product arrives damaged or is misplaced or delayed, it is your responsibility to liaise with the courier. No refunds or replacements will be given for missing products or damage in transit. Rest assured, we will comply with all the shipment documents for you to make your claim.

Shipping costs to countries outside the Philippines vary greatly depending on the shipment destination and weight of the package. Note that shipping cost will be shouldered by you. We will be glad to get a quotation for you, directly from the courier. Kindly send us a direct message through are media platforms, Instagram of Facebook, or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to website checkout.
Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery on stocked items. Certain destinations require longer shipping time.
For most countries, we provide tracking numbers. However, there are certain countries that are not able to receive tracking numbers for.
Please note that we have no control over any import duties and taxes that could be charged upon arrival in your country, for which you will be liable for.

For your safety, all orders are packed with full safety and hygiene measures in place. Your order is then securely shipped via our courier providers while following precautionary measures.
We recommend all outer packaging to be disposed outdoors, disinfect and only take the Babic packaging with you.
We will work as quickly as possible to get your orders to you, but please bear in mind that minor delays in shipment may occur due to couriers or processing time, more especially for international orders.

If for any reason you received an item that is not what you expected, we may accept returns for exchange or store credit (excluding shipping costs) with the following guidelines:
Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged an in brand new condition, with the original packaging intact and the original labels attached.
A copy of the valid receipt is included in the return.
Return or exchange must be done within 7 days from the date the items were received. Otherwise, they will not be accepted thereafter.
Return or exchange is subject to stock availability.
We do not offer cash refund, instead we allow exchange of items or credit note that is of the same amount or greater. If by any chance, your total bill is higher than that of your credit, you will be asked to deposit the remaining balance for your order to be processed.
In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra shipping costs are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra shipping costs incurred. Once this is received, the new item will be shipped immediately.
Items eligible for exchanges are those proved to be damaged that our proved to be caused in our end only. Please note that we are not accountable for any damages caused by the courier.
Replacement and credit notes are only sent once we have received the returned or exchanged item. Notify us once you ship your returned items. We are not responsible for returned packages that get lost in the mail.
All shipping costs for returns or exchanges shall be shouldered by you, unless the item delivered is defective or an incorrect size/item/color, shipping cost will be shouldered by us.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Babic Threads makes a great deal of quality control over the products before sending them out to you. Be that it may, all items returned as defective will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used on your part will not be accepted as defective.
